Bols launches cocktail foams

A range of ready-made foams for adding a twist to cocktails has been developed by Bols.

The liqueur brand is launching foam versions of six of its cocktail ingredients this week: Banana, Blue, Crème de Cassis, Amaretto, Peppermint and Cacao White.

All will be available in single 20cl bottles with a squirter top.

Each bottle produces up to 2-litres of foam and has a one-year shelf-life.

The foams are all the same abv as their main liqueurs.

Wholesaler Venus and its specialist spirits retail offshoot Gerry’s are listing the products, and UK agent Maxxium UK is talking to supermarkets about possible distribution.
