Mount Gay sampling at Cowes Week
Mount Gay rum is to carry out sampling and other promotional activity during next week's Cowes Week regatta.
The First Drinks brand will be sampled at the official charity gala dinner and cocktails will be on sale at bars, yacht clubs and other venues in the Isle of Wight town over the week.
Mount Gay will also be advertised outside the Holiday Inn at Southampton and guests in the hotel will receive a miniature of Eclipse or XO in their room.
The brand is hosting the traditional Red Cap party at the end of the regatta and a branded boat will be taking to the waters during the course of the week.”
Brand manager Alvin Saal said: “This is the coming together of the world’s oldest rum with one of the UK’s longest-running and most successful sporting events.”
