Trade charity the Benevolent is calling for people to take part in its annual triathlon.
Last year 11 people raised £4,000 for The Benevolent by participating in the Keynes Country Park Sprint Triathlon, near Cirencester. It comprises a 750m swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run.
A spokesman for the charity said: “This year’s Benevolent Triathlon will take place on Sunday September 5. The event is a brilliant investment in morale and team-building for any company, and due to the relay concept you don’t have to be a serious athlete to compete. Participants can enter as either an individual, and tackle all three aspects by themselves, or as a relay team.”
Entry is a minimum sponsorship of £350 per person, or £1,000 per relay team of three.
